Upon receiving your order, we will promptly acknowledge it and, if necessary, schedule a site visit to assess your specific requirements. Following this, we will send you an invoice detailing the deposit amount due along with our bank details for payment.
Once we've received your deposit, we will proceed to order any necessary equipment and materials required for your solar energy system. Additionally, we will coordinate with you to schedule the installation, which typically takes place within 4-6 weeks from the date of deposit payment.
The remaining balance of the payment will become due on the day that the installation of your solar energy system is completed. This ensures that you have the opportunity to review the completed work and are fully satisfied with the results before finalizing the payment.
